Steve Mieritz is our local autocross hot shoe we sponsor, he drives a 1986 Honda CRX which has a title sponsorship from his business. Steve is owner of Fort Wayne’s Noble Roman’s Take-n-Bake Pizza in the Georgetown Plaza and began autocrossing in 1988. Over those years has been in the trophies at Nationals 18 out of 21 times, and has won the SCCA Pro Solo Overall National Championship,
He has 10 Divisional Class Championships, and has been Regional driver of the year 14 times. He loves instructing and has been doing so for 10 years. He is a huge advocate for Solo and this is his fifth year as the Sports Car Club of America’s Regional Executive for Fort Wayne Region.
